Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Tex-Mex Squash

10 cups summer squash, 4 1/2 oz green chilies, chopped 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup flaxmeal, 10 scallions, sliced, chopped 4 1/2 oz jalapenos,

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Tex-Mex Squash

  1. Slice squash,

  2. dice both green & jalapeno peppers,

  3. sice scallions

  4. chop red onion

  5. add all ingredients to greased cassarole dish

  6. bake @ 375 for 40 minutes.

  7. For Milder flavor use green chlies instead of jalapenos.
