Low Fat Banana Recipe

GREAT!!!

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar and butter. Add in eggs and mix until creamy. Add in bananas, buttercream mixture and vanilla. Add in flour, baking soda and salt - only mix until moistened. Then stir in oatmeal. Pour mixture into greased 9' pan or two 8' pans. Bake in 9' pan for an hour and fifteen minutes. Remove from pan and place right side up on a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
