| 1/3 | cup low-fat yogurt, plain or vanilla |
| 1 | large egg, lightly beaten |
- Mix Wet
- Mix dry
- Mix together
- Put mixture into 12 muffin cups
- Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350 F
