strawberry-mango smoothie

this is a smoothie i drink every morning after running, its refreshing and tastes great. you can freeze the fruits ahead or buy a bag of unsweetened fruit. but personally i like it best if the fruit are frozen cause it makes it really thick and smooth

1/2 cup frozen mango (or thaw)

6 large frozen strawberries (or thaw)

bit of water

ice cubes (if your fruits arent frozen)

splenda if your a sweet-tooth

put in a blender until thick and smooth, add ice cubes/water if its not thick/liquid enough . Makes one Big Serving

this one is my favourite, quick and easy too

  • half cup organic apple juice (not from concentrate and not pasturized, if you cant find it normal apple juice with no sugar is good too.)
  • half cup frozen blueberries
  • half a banana
put all ingedients in a blender and blend them girl!  I'ts cool, refreshing, super healthy and fast, also filling.

there it tells you ingredients and steps, and gives nutritional reports.
