Low-Fat Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Never tried it, so I hope it tastes alright!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Cocoa
4 tbl Corn Starch
1 cup Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 cup non-fat Milk
1 tbl Butter
2 tsp Vanilla
Directions
  1. Mix together cocoa, corn starch, sugar and salt. Add milk slowly and stir. Cook until thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add butter and vanilla. Cool, then spread

  2. Low fat or non-fat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting.
