Low Fat Cranberry Oatmeal Bars Recipe

great and filling snack. try it with fat free cool whip for a great dessert! You may add more cranberries or oats if you would like more flavoring. Also for more taste you may use real granulated sugar instead of splenda.

Ingredients
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup splenda
8 ounce fat free yogurt
2 egg whites
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
  1. Add sugars, yogurt, milk, vanilla, oil, and egg whites together in a large bowl. Mix well

  2. In a sperate bowl add flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix Well. Add to yogurt mixture.

  3. Then add the oats and cranberries.

  4. You may add more cranberries or oats if you would like more flavoring.
