4 oz avocado
1/2 cup sour cream - low fat
1 cup hearts of palm
1/2 cup salsa
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1 tbsp lime juice

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the salsa in food processor or with hand blender.
