Low Fat Hummus Recipe

very tasty

Ingredients
3 cups chickpeas, mature seeds, canned cooked with salt,
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp onions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp oil, sesame seed
1 dash pepper
Directions
  1. Blend everything in blender or food processor with 1/4 c liquid reserved from chickpea can. Blend till becomes a smooth paste, adding more liquid if needed to get the desired consistency.

  2. Cover and refrigerate.

  3. Serve with toasted pita triangles.
