Recipe Directions for low fat lentil salad

First cook lentils in salt water. Drain and let cool. Cut all vegetables in small dices and put in a bowl. When lentils are cold, add to the mix. Add fresh mint cut finely. Separately, prepare the dressing and add to the mix. enjoy!
