Oatmeal Cookies
| 1/2 | cup canola oil |
| 1/3 | cup Splenda |
| 1 | egg white |
| 3/4 | tsp. vanilla |
| 3 | tbsp. water |
| 2 | cups rolled oats |
| 2/3 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
| 1/2 | tsp. baking soda |
| 1 | tsp. cinnamon |
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.
- Cream oil and splenda.
- Add egg white, vanilla and water; mix.
- Add oats, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.
- Mix until blende.d
- Do not overmix or you will lose the texture of the oats.
- Drop batter by tspsfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 13 mins.
- Makes 24 cookies.
