Low Fat Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup canola oil
1/3 cup Splenda
1 egg white
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. water
2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease cookie sheet.

  2. Cream oil and splenda.

  3. Add egg white, vanilla and water; mix.

  4. Add oats, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

  5. Mix until blende.d

  6. Do not overmix or you will lose the texture of the oats.

  7. Drop batter by tspsfuls onto cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 13 mins.

  9. Makes 24 cookies.
