Low-Fat Pumpkin Spice Muffins Recipe

easy: make with cake mix. A can of pumpkin replaces a lot of the fat!

Ingredients
18 1/2 oz cake, chocolate, dry mix (that is, one box, yellow, chocolate, or spice)
15 oz pumpkin
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 pumpkin pie spice to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients well, pour into cupcake tins and bake as directed on the box.
