Low-Fat Rosemary Cheese Biscuits Recipe

Makes 12 servings



* can be made vegan using vegan cheddar cheese

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, low fat
1 tbsp. rosemary, crushed, dried
1 tbsp. dried basil
1 tbsp. sage
1 tbsp. thyme, rubbed
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand.

  3. Drop by tablespoonful onto a greased baking sheet.

  4. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
