Low-Fat Vegan Waffles Recipe

| 1 3/4 | cup Silk soy milk |
| 0.33 | cup applesauce |
| 3 | tsp Ener-G Foods egg replacer |
| 4 | tbsp warm water |
| 2 | cups unbleached flour |
| 2 | tbsp sugar |
| 1 | tbsp baking powder |
| 1 | tsp salt |
- 1. Combine egg replacer with warm water and stir until dissolved. Add remaining wet ingredients.
- 2. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- 3. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- 4. Pour about a quarter cup of batter onto each Belgian waffle baker square. Cook approximately 4 minutes.
- 5. Serve immediately or allow to cool and freeze for later use.
