| 1 | tbsp sugar |
| 1 | tbsp applesauce |
| 4 | egg whites |
| 2 | cups skim milk |
- mix first four ingredients
- add remaining ingredients. mix well.
- pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron.
