From low 200's trying to get to the mid 100's (145-155) anyone wanna do it with me (FEMALE)

This group is my effort to get support from everyone and get everyone that needs suppoort to help each other. So everyone thats in this boat thats around the 200s and is aiming to get down to the mid 100s (135-155) or less. Monday morning will be the group's official weigh in so that we can talk about progress and give support if people are having problems and not losing as much as they would like.

stressed today and really want to attack the vending machine.  Going to attack the treadmill instead.  my nerves on on edge today.

New to the post, but love it. I started my "new lifestyle" last July at 210 (I can't believe I said that) and am now at 171.  I was at 163 in January but went on a cruise and gained back... ouch. Now I'm trying to get back on track and am finding it extremely difficult. Any and all advice would be appreciated. I would love to be down to 140 (at least).

This is only my second day started at 200 yesterday and am at 199.5 today.  I'm looking for support and advice to help me get to my goal of 135!  I have no friends[I move around alot} and would love to make some online friends who also want a healthier lifestyle, so count me in!!!

Hey everyone I havent been keeping up on my posts but I am trying to get on track here and beocme more regular with my posts so on monday I will be posting my weigeh in and keeping up on it again. I have exams these next two weeks and it is pretty stressful. How are the rest of you guys doing? And what is the reason for cellulite? It has something to do with water in the body doesnt it... If anyone has an answer get back to me. Good luck to everyone!!!

so...the monday after Mother's day.  I actually did ok, it was a splurge day, but I got full really fast and didn't eat that much. 

I am down to 186!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Yeah Its exam time for me too so I havent been online much either, no worries. 

Today im having a fresh start and my weigh in this mornign was 218 and there is no way im letting antying happen to get me heavier than that. So here goes hoepfully next nomday will be rewarding on teh scale. Good luck to the rest of you guys.

Kae03- hang tight! Take a short walk, buy a yogurt to snack on or something healthy. I've been there. I haven't posted for awhile, just back from vacation (Key West) we walked and rode bikes, swam and kept active that way, must have burned off some of the beer! I made good food choices while there, boiled shrimp and grilled grouper. Before leaving I had a few sessions with a personal trainer and last night went back for my post vacation session, pretty rough, but I made it through. The good news is I'm down 8.7 pounds since April 24. My weight had been hovering, then gaining, then slight loss, finally these muscle I'm working on are burning some of this excess off. I'll try to be more active in this forum as I can use all the support possible. 73 pounds to go. Di

 Congrats!  180s! You rock!  I'm 225.3 and can't wait till I can get out of the dreadful 200s.  I know the stress of exam time, thankfully I'm not taking classes this semester, nor this summer, fall....maybe, I need to concentrate fully on my weightloss and fitness.  So kudos to you, your doing great.

Let's do this thing! What program are you doing...and what type of exercise? I'm keeping my calories at 1600 or below and trying to eat clean, ie healthy less processed foods. Just recently started with a personal trainer.

I tallied my calories from yesterday -- 1800, 200 over my goal, will have to reign it in today.

Yesterday I went to the doctor for my allergies, they are bad this year and I need an inhaler for allergy induced asthma...apparently there are many in the same boat as the doctor was out of all of the free samples.  Normally this would sidetrack me from my workouts, but since I've put money down for a personal trainer...I'm staying on track.  Tuesdays session was rough, after a week on vacation and the asthma...I couldn't breath, made me very anxious.  I hope the inhaler helps me through tonights session.

How is everyone else doing?

Hi, I'm new here, trying to stay on track any way possible.  I'm at 210 this morning (sigh, was down to 206 two weeks ago and took a sabbatical from exercise and CC).  I want to get down to 140 (which is the highest recommended weight that I could find for me - I'm 40 in August, female, 5'3" with a large frame).

Looking for others in similar circumstances to check in with....

I am at 209 at 5'4" and looking to be at 140 or in that general area.  I started Weight watchers 3 weeks ago and have lost 6 pounds so far. 

I started at about 225 (post baby weight, I reached 265 with baby) and now I am at exactly where I was before baby but after hubby.  In college I was at 165-170 and I was some what happy.  I used to workout everyday for 2 hours a day running 3 miles (30 minutes) then doing the precore for another 30 minutes (about 4 miles) and then did weights, abs and stretching for the last hour.

My hope is to get back to that shape as well as lose a few extra pounds.  I probably wont be able to do the 2 hours a day with kids but... working on 45 minutes to an hour per day so far.  I am  pretty good 5 days in the week but still working on the other two (weekends kill me)

Can I join too?  I started at 211 on Monday- 208 yesterday.  Hope to get down to 140.  I need buddies in this!

Okay ... so i know its not Monday but I am gonna post my weigh in.  I haven't posted since the end of April I have been crazy busy with school and finals.. but am done now!

Starting weight (January)- 215

Last Weigh in (April 21st) - 203

Current Weight - 195

I have lost 20 pounds!! Woo Hoo!! I am not getting into the 2's again!

Great job everyone.  Summer is coming...we can get outside and enjoy the nice weather and burn calories! 

When does that desire to loose more then 1-2 lb a week go away?  I know I should be happy...steady progress, but I would LOVE to see something major happen. 

also, when you are this weight, loosing almost 20 lbs barely shows!  ok, vent over...

Hi maddogkt321, sounds like were in a similar spot. Good for you for staring WW.  It always worked for me until I stopped going.  Wow, 6 lbs so far, great!

I'm the same, started post baby at 236 lbs.  I'm now at exactly where I was when I got pregnant, but that's 40 lbs or so higher than when I got married.

I was also very active in my younger/pre-married/pre-baby days, but never seem to have time any more (yes, I'm making time now!).

susieq76, 3 lbs down from Monday, wow, how did you do that?  We have the same goal the elusive 140 lbs.  Good luck!

shannon215, wow, I am so excited for you (OK so we don't know each other - but I can still be excited for you!).  20 lbs! Awesome and no more 2 in front - another goal for me, hoping to reach it by end of May.

kae03, does that desire go away?  1-2 lbs a week is a loss and that's great, if it's adding up to 20 - wow, good for you.  I'm new here, so not sure how long you've been at it, but whether it's a short time or a long time, add it to now and imagine being 40 lbs down, not that's going show for sure!  Hang in there and enjoy the weekend!

Will check back in with you all on Monday....I am so hoping that I can keep motivated over the weekend!

Monday weigh in...I am 185.5 this morning...hoping to be at 184, but it is what it is...I know why I am not...chinese food this weekend...will do it every time :p  How is everyone else??
