From low 200's trying to get to the mid 100's (145-155) anyone wanna do it with me (FEMALE)

This group is my effort to get support from everyone and get everyone that needs suppoort to help each other. So everyone thats in this boat thats around the 200s and is aiming to get down to the mid 100s (135-155) or less. Monday morning will be the group's official weigh in so that we can talk about progress and give support if people are having problems and not losing as much as they would like.

Hey guys

Just a quick update....

June 19 SW: 201.8

Last logged weight: 168.4

CW: 164

GW: 132

HT: 5'6"

I had a very slow month, i guess i am kinda content at this weight, but must push on!! I would like to get into the 150s by 20th november!

Ok so my last post was on Sept. 8th....that's just awfulCry

I guess no one has posted here since October, but here are my stats:

SW: 211

Last weigh-in: 189

Ht: 5'9" ( I just found out I was this height after thinking I was 5'8" my whole life! Go figure)

CW: 180 (stuck here; too much good holiday food!)Foot in mouth

That's too funny! My last post was exact same loss....9 lbs. That was over a couple of months and this was over 3 months. Slowing down, I guess. That's ok, moving in the right direction! I'll take it!Laughing
