recently every morinng i will drink a cup of nutrition breakfast , that cup of drink takes about 180 of calories . so if i drink 2 meal a day and  eat sandwishes and a cup of milk for the third meal will i lose weight ?? .

for every third meal , if i drink milk and eat cereal or milk with sandwishes better or i take rice and noodle better ? if taken not enought calories do i hv face any problem ? will i lack of nutrition ?will i lack of energy ? do this will help me lose weight more faster ??

i really hope i can lose 5 kg in 1 month , especially my lower part body. curently i'm 59 kg i hope i can become 52 kg.
