| 8 | large hard boiled eggs |
| 1/3 | cup fat free sour cream |
| 2 | tbs fat free yogurt, plain |
| 1 | tbs mustard |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | tsp black pepper |
- cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- remove yolks
- put the egg yolks, fat free sour cream, fat free yogurt, mustard, salt, and pepper in a blender
- blend until smooth
- put equal portions in each egg
- refrigerate until serving
