Lower-sugar foods without artificial sweeteners
I'm allergic to artificial sweeteners (aspartame, saccharine, sucralose, etc) and generally have to avoid foods that are sugar-free, low-sugar, or no sugar added. However I've been able to find a few that don't contain artificial sweeteners.
~ Lower-Sugar Instant Oatmeal (Quaker or store brand)
~ Cold Stone Creamery Sinless Sweet Cream
Do any of you know of any other foods that are lower-sugar or no-sugar-added and DON'T contain artificial sweeteners?
i think quaker also makes granola bars with less sugar.
Do they have nuts in them? I'm also allergic to nuts. I hate being so high-maintenance. Thanks for the tip!
Though a drink rather than a food, I've heard that Vitaminwater10 is lower in sugar and supposedly does not contain artificial sweeteners. You might want to check behind me though to see what it's all about.

Um...I am almost 100% certain that the cold stone ice cream has sucralose in it...

I checked and it's sweetened with lactose...and I tried it and didn't get sick, so I'm calling it a win. :) Thanks, though!

Quaker chewy granola bars are labelled as "Peanut free" (at least they are here in Canada).
You're better off making your own bars & using raw ingredients than buying packaged stuff.
