Recipe Ingredients for lowfat bircher muesli

3 cups dry oatmeal
1 1/2 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups yogurt
3/8 cup raisins
3/8 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp maple syrup

Recipe Directions for lowfat bircher muesli

  1. Combine yogurt, milk, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.

  2. Combine oats, raisins, almonds. Mix well.

  3. Combine oat and yogurt mixture. Mix well.

  4. Let mixture set overnight.

  5. Top 205 g of mixture with 1/8 cup berries and enjoy.
