Has anyone experienced a lull in the beginning of their weight loss journey?  I lost almost all the weight I needed to lose, and then a vacation and a lot of stress hit and I gained about 6 pounds back.  No big deal- but I want to lose it before it becomes a permanent weight for me.  The past 7 days I have eaten 1500-1700 calories a day and worked out for about an hour or so almost every day (calorie burn anywhere between 250-400 daily).  Nothing has happened.  I haven't dropped an ounce.

What I am wondering is if some people have seen their bodies take a week or two to kick in and start to shed the weight?  I would love any feedback at all!

Thanks!

I lost 3 pounds February - March and then went on vacation and got lazy... Gained it all back plus 2 more. I started back on CC four weeks ago and have only lost 2 pounds.

Part of my problem is binging on weekends and negating my calorie deficit attained during the week. So I can't tell if I am also experiencing a "lull" or just the consequences of my own inept dieting.

It would be interestng to learn if regaining and then trying to lose those same pounds is harder the second (or third!) time around... Any thoughts?
