Any one out there with Lumbar disease? I visit my chiropractor monthly for adjustments and it helps me quite a bit. I walk as much as time or weather allows. I have sedentary exercises to do when I get up in the morning. I am looking for easy lumbar strengthing exercises that will not kill my back the next day. I am 58 years old so I need something that is appropriate for my age.![]()
