Lunch is my favorite mealSmile I had 4oz grilled chicken breast, shredded with 1/2cup raw spinach and sundried tomato spread in a mini pita with a side of way too much watermelon!  It was yummy though!

I felt lazy, so I mixed canned Canned Black Bean soup from Trader Joes, with couple thin pan seered sole fillets, sliced crimini mushrooms and nuked the whole thing for 5 minutes.

i just had mushroom soup (wild mushroom medley, from safeway).  i'm cooking a big, early dinner (grilled rack of lamb, wild rice with shitake mushrooms, greek salad) for a friend tonight, so wanted to save my appetite.

speaking of, i should carmelize onions with the mushrooms for the rice.  i'll go google carmelized onions.

Dinner is my favorite meal! :) I am going to have an encore of lunch at dinner tonight (with more food obviously) because at lunch today I had 5 ounces of ground grass-fed bison! Yummy Yummy!

tuna salad sandwich (tuna+mayo on 2 slices of WW bread), fage 2% with peach sauce, and a chocolate- peanut butter muffin top

A parmesan basil boca burger mixed in a skillet with seasoned tomato sauce, f.f mozzarella, f.f swiss and spinach with a side of green giant veggie steamers and sweet potato fries made in another skillet. Fallowed by a bowl of bryers natural strawberry cheesecake ice cream

Orange-rosemary glazed chicken (4 oz) with tex-mex summer squash casserole. Delicious!

Mmmm everyone's eating such yummy stuff... one of the reasons I love CC.

I had 2 Ham wraps (tortilla, lettuce, tomato, ham slices), with 2 cups of watermelon on the side.

Hmmm, I go out to lunch almost everyday.  Today I had grilled chicken on sourdough bread with a little mayo (on the side, so I added just a thin smear).  and french fries. 

I only ate ~10 of the fries. 

 

Black Bean soup and a spinach salad with strawberries & poppy seed dressing.

I had one can light tuna in water with mustard and relish and a cup of fat free strawberry cheesecake yogurt...so yummy.  Will eat a small banana in a bit for an afternoon snack

I had a half cracked pepper turkey and cucumber sandwich on fiber one bread and a cup of fresh blueberries...it was delicious!

Homeade vagetable tofu soup with 1 slice wheat bread and a medley of carrots, celery, and cucumbers.

I had oven roasted turkey with reduced fat pepperjack and honey mustard on whole wheat bread with a salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives on the side. Then I had some melon and grapes for afternoon snack! :)

It's not lunch time here just yet but I'll probably have some veggie soup and wheat toast. Maybe an apple if I'm still hungry.

I had a 4 oz serving of low-fat cottage cheese, 4 oz of green seedless grapes & a cup of coffee(artificial sweetener, non-dairy cream). Breakfast was much bigger but the total calories was still only 411! Laughing

 

I had Turkey breast on 9 grain bread with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.  It was delicious!

A sandwich with tofu, beetroot, lettuce, capsicum + tomatoes... my favourite (: and an apple... yum.

I had cottage cheese, peaches, a fried egg and toast.  It was yummy!

Nothing too exciting, but it is tasty anyway - tuna salad made with mayo, capers, and fresh pepper on whole wheat bread; 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas; and 1 cup fresh cherries.

I had 6 ounces of chicken breast with 1 cup of stir fried vegetables (with some bbq sauce to spice things up).
