What did YOU have for lunch today?
Lunch is my favorite meal
I had 4oz grilled chicken breast, shredded with 1/2cup raw spinach and sundried tomato spread in a mini pita with a side of way too much watermelon! It was yummy though!
Yesterday: Macadamia nut crusted Tilipia with brown rice and steamed asparagus.
Today: Whatever vegan dish my sister makes.
A vegetable puff, 3/4 of a baked potato, two mini muffins, a scoop of cranberries, a dinner roll, tons of steams green/yellow beans and carrots, some frosting from a piece of cake.
Yesterday: homemade vegetarian tortilla soup
today: salad and pumpkin seed ryvita crackers
I had Uncle Ben's Bistro Express lemon chicken rice - 390 cal for the whole bag.
tomorrow I'll have a large sweetpotatoe (10-12 minutes in the microwave) with 2 tbsp low fat sour cream - 400 calories as the potatoe is HUGE
Iceberg salad, with sliced mushrooms and two large eggs shredded on top. For seasoning I used Maggi. I also had 5 baby squids (yes entire squids). I dipped them in soy sauce mixed with wassabi.

Yesterday: Small pita bread with mustard and 4oz chicken breast, broccoli slaw with cherry tomatoes and Newman's Own Sesame Ginger dsg, watermelon...then 100 cal kettle corn
Today: 4oz chicken breast with Mrs. Dash, 3/4 med sweet potato steamed, field greens with cherry tomatoes and Newman's Own dressing, watermelon and later 100cal Kettle Corn. Then 1/2 serving of Edy's Coffee Slow Churned Ice Cream :)
Yesterday: 1 oz mozarella cheese and .75 can of 7up
Today: Luna bar.
Chicken breast with quinoa cooked in chicken stock with onions and red peppers, brussel sprouts. Grapes for dessert :)
ChickFilA: Southwest Chargrilled Chicken Salad and a small fruit cup :) yummm
I had a pretty rushed lunch,
so i had a lean turkey wrap with baby spinache and my homemade guacomole.
good stuff :]
I had: A salmon roll and a greek salad :)
subway i eat there all the time when i need something fast and easy.......
turkey on wheat 6 inch is 280 cals.....no cheese .i get a packet of low fAT mayo on the side and add it myself=35 cals also lots of spinach and extra tomatoes and jalopenas-sp? and a couple of onions with lots of oregano and black pepper
It definitely fills me up, and it is not bad tasting either, especially if the bread was just baked .
sometimes i do jersey mikes mini turkey the same way.better tasting and perhaps a few more calories
or a chic-fil-a chargrilled chicken i think it is 280 cals too

Ooo! Where did you get the sundried tomato spread? I had a pretty busy day today, so I bought a large fruit cup from Au Bon Pain (one of the dining halls at my school), and had a Chocolate Almond Brownie Cliff Bar.
