I haven't had lunch yet, but I am planning on a quorn (pseudo chicken breast) sandwich with spinach, tomato, and cheddar cheese on whole grain bread with cottage cheese and a banana...
Left over pork and veggie soup I made the other day. :D
4 sea scallops on a bed of barely warmed baby spinach and sliced granny smith apple with a homemade honey mustard dressing and 1 slice of bacon chopped into bacon bits. It was 330 calories total.
I am not sure when lunch started and ended because I eat all day!
Midmorning snack was cottage cheese, which was supposed to be lunch but I was starving. Then I nibbled on apples dipped in Nutella mixed with peanut butter. Somewhere around the traditional lunch hour I ate a tomato sandwich (love them!) on whole wheat bread with fat free mayo. Then about 1.5 hours later I finished the apples/Nutella/Peanut butter. Washed it all down with water.

yeah its healthier then cheese and sour cream but still tastes very good~erica
Today's lunch was lame for me.
A plum, a 100 calorie ritz pack thing, a cheese stick, and a nutri-grain bar.
I'm real sick of bread so coming up with lunch ideas is tough, since I don't have access to a microwave at school.
A salad, some leftover lentils and greek yogurt with pomegranate seeds.
125 grams of bread. 3 pieces. one with salami, one with ham, and one with liver paste. And a small apple.
Yesterday I had a salad (just bunch of greens and mushrooms) seasoned with soy sauce and dijon mustard, and two slices of Havarti cheese in a La Tortilla Factory Tortilla. It was one of those days. All I have to say on that. lol

I had a lean cusine (some sort of pasta, 280 cals) and a fuji apple. I just had a bunch of carrot sticks with 1bsp of blue cheese dressing as a snack.
I had a big bowl (1 1/2 servings) of cranberry oatmeal, with pumpkin puree, cinnamon and cottage cheese mixed in. Also had an apple, and a piece of dark chocolate. I guess I needed "sweet" flavors today!!
6 oz of light organic tofu with a cup of grape tomoatoes. Sprinkled with lime juice and chili powder.

.5 c brown rice, .5 c red kidney beans cooked with tomatoes (w/ chipotle) and onion and hot sauce, mixed with fresh salsa and plain yogurt. And a kiwi.

Toasted turkey sandwhich on hearty whole grain bread with havarti, mustard, and spinach. Side of edamame.
A greek salad from school with mixed greens, feta cheese, and olives. Delicious sounding, though it was a bit wilty, probably had been sitting around for a while.
3 Double Cheeseburgers from Burgerking.
I had a big salad with sunflower seeds, onion, avocado, celery, and zucchini in it.
pureed pumpkin with stevia, broccoli, tortilla chips and carrots dipped in hummus, and a piece of salmon. :)
I had 2 hard-boiled eggs, 1 slice of Ezekiel toast spread with earth balance, 1.5 cups of cantaloupe and a tall glass of OJ. :)
