I am at a standstill. I've lost weight and I am now stuck at 185lbs. I am doing what I am suppose to however, I can't seem to lose more weight. My clothes are not fitting so I know I have lost inches. Any advice??

I am 56 years old. female I'm 5'6' 185lbs. I eat 1350 calories. exercise 3 times a week and I am getting nowhere :-(
I'd try eating a little more. I plugged in your stats to www.phord.com/cc and set you to "A Little More Active = Exercise or sports 2-4 days/week" and got that you are burning just under 2100 calories a day - which means you could be eating 1600 and losing about pound a week.
Assuming you've been counting faithfully (measuring everything, counting everything), I think you should try eating a little more, and see where it takes you.
