Hey there! It is great that you are treating yourself with little things, i admire anyone who can do this and find a way to lose weight! Everything in moderation, but it seems to me that you are still eating under 1200 calories? Am i correct? (sorry if im wrong) You will probably find that if your weight loss has slowed right down then it is because you aren't eating enough, especially if you eat the same sorts of things when you are working out. Try to get some high calorie foods in there, Nuts and dried fruit are great for that! & very yummy! =D

7Lb's is still very good and well done for getting that far, it's great!! =] Try boosting your calories up a little and even more on the days that you workout :D

Also, if you want sugar in your tea or coffee..Go for it! That wont harm you at all!! Iv'e lost about 65Lb's and never once have i given up coffee with some sugar and i have about 15 cups a day if not more, thats no exaggeration! Im addicted! =]

Good luck..Keep the hard work up :D

You are not eating enough for your current weigh and activity level (exercise 4x week).  Just to note that consuming 150 calories is not a meal (the egg white, yolk, veggie combo), neither is a salad no dressing and yogurt.  With your current stats you should be consuming 1500 calories a day (minimum).  Add lean protein to lunch and dinner, your current diet is just not balanced.

hi,

Thanks for helping me with this one.

please give me some vegetarian sugeestions for meals and snacks.

And also if you guys have a sample meal plan please let me know.

Thanks u so much guys!!

Baked potatoes are good with plain yogurt, or beans, or cottage cheese. You can make a chickpea spread for your toast, or to put on sandwiches. Oatmeal, made from rolled oats, is great for breakfast! Sprinkle on some cinnamon and throw in a handful of raisins :) For snacks I love fruit, or some carrot sticks. Celery lightly stuffed with peanut butter is good too.

If I may make a suggestion -

Do a little reading about food groups and how much of each type of food you should have for optimal nutrition.  The Mayo Clinic website has a page for Using a Food Pyramid.  There's one for Vegetarians.  I think it would help you make better choices.
