Made my goal today. Gonna try to lose a bit more, so I have a "safety zone". I have one tip to pass on, if someone else may find it useful. I was frustrated as I had gotten stuck 2 pounds from my goal. What finally moved the needle was adding on an extra mile to my usual run. For some reason, that was all it took to get the metabolism boosted to burn off the extra 2.
