I made it!! But I still have some questions

Rahana- Congratulations! I am exactly the same as you girl! -5'7" and 133 lbs! My goal was also 130, but I am happy with where I am at. I do still hope to loose those last 3 stubborn lbs eventually, but hopefully that will come off with some toning?

It does feel good though! :)

But now I am nervous about maintaining! It gets sooo cold up here where i live and I always gain weight in the winter... and its starting to get cold ALREADY and I can feel my apetite increasing!

My main question is:

How often should I be working out to maintain? Would swimming for 30 mins 3 times a week, and weight training 2 times a week be enough?

(I have been swimming monday, wednesday, and friday mornings for 30minutes and running 7 miles tuesday and thursday- but now that its getting colder and they are harvesting wheat around here there is a lot of dust in the air and smoke from fires, that it hurts my lungs to run outside so I am trying to change it up a bit)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I am not a big fitness expert but I would think that your plan would be great for maintaining.  Hopefully others will have a comment too.
Sure looks like it -but you might check out the calorie expenditure tools and see...
Thanks for the advice! And just out of curiousity- what does "Bump" mean?
