What made you stay up late last night?

I was watching the Biggest Loser because I'm addicted to it.  What made you stay up late last night?

A night out in the town done it for me!  I tried to force myself to stay at home but before I knew it I was sitting in the pub and it was WAY past my bedtime.

It was a good night but I've been feeling very sleepy today.

Surprised

Yeah I saw parts of it.

As for your question, which usually (always) gets me in trouble.. online gaming..

Biggest Loser for me as well!  Love that show!

I also watched Biggest Loser last night but a few things about it bug me!

1. Last Chance Workout? I GAIN a few the morning after a hard workout! Though I guess maybe since they're always working out it's more like a baseline, plus it's evened out a bit by the fact that they're all doing it.

2. One of the guys last night said how their bodies and routines were all haywire due to the traveling and the changed eating habits etc, "...but the scale doesn't lie." Umm, ok, it doesn't lie about how much you weigh, but it does lie about how much fat you've lost!

3. ...which brings me to my next point... maybe we should be looking at reduction in %bf, or maybe a running average, rather than week-to-week fluctuations? Yes, when they start out obese, weekly weigh-ins are probably a pretty good gauge. They're probably not losing much muscle since they work out hard, and they lose so much weight that fluctuations don't make up as large a chunk. (Of course, if you fluctuate up 2 lbs and someone else fluctuates down 2 lbs, that could easily get you sent home.) But that woman is under 150 now and losing 2% of her body weight in a week... isn't that unhealthy? She looks pretty good and is up against people who look like they have a good bit more weight to lose than she does. Of course, she did pretty well, but is it fluctuations? Maybe she responded differently to the new environment? Maybe she ate a little less the night before?

Anyway. That's my rant. But for mindless late-night entertainment, it sure does work... :)

Hubby came on to me, and it worked.  (Sorry if that's TMI right there...)

Haha, that's a good reason to stay up late ~_^

I had to watch The Bachelor online last night, it is hilarious.  I don't have cable, so I catch up on all the shows online the next day.  Then, after that it was catching up on The Hills. Which is really a dumb show.  I hate it when  before they cut to a different scene or commercial, they have what seems to feel like an eternity of Lauren, Heidi or Audrina just looking at the person they just had a conversation with.   It's so annoying!

But I always go back for more, tonight it'll be more Hills keeping me up.

Wow, I really sound like I'm 12 right now..... too bad I'm an MBA student!!

drove about an hour w/ 3 kids to see a very good friend who is here for 3 days ... and she is leaving Friday!!!! overseas.... i miss her so much

and i got home at 11pm i know bad but i wont see her for a whole year ~....

I was reading a book.  I'm so lame.

Depends on your perspective, I guess.  When I read your post I thought "Luuuuucky!" I mean, you actually got alone time, at home, to read!  (Not that I would have traded last night for a book mind you, but I only get a chance to whittle away at my reading list when I travel for work.)

Killerqueen215 if you are lame I wonder what this makes me............, I played WOW (World of Warcraft) from 6 pm to 1 am.  SIGH nonstop! Time flies on warcrack.

lmao. Waiting for the household to go to bed so I could take down and fix all of my TOTALLY failed/avoided April's Fools pranks! Ahahahaha.. I put so much effort into them, too..

For example.. replacing the sugar with onion powder and salt.. well.. no one had coffee! GR! =P

I also put up a plastic wrap "wall" in the downstairs hallway... no one went downstairs. Hahaha.

im still up and its almost 8 am here...haha...starting a business so that does it.///

Oh, I'm just as exciting as the next gal...I waited for everyone to be in bed so that I could read "Even Cowgirls Get the Blues".

I need a life.

I was at a hockey game.  It went into overtime...then had to have some more beer.

Every night it's tv keeping me up.  All the shows are back with new episodes.  I swore that I wasn't going to let tv take away from my time sleeping.  I even only have basic channels but man all the new episodes are so enticing.  Of course.

last night i was good, but usually it's stewart and colbert, followed by south park.

The Late Show with Letterman... (here in Australia we are a few days behind what you get too)

Im a T.A. and I had to stay up late last night grading tests...
