I just got my Magic Bullet (21 piece set with the blender) in the mail today !!! Does anyone have one? Do you have any good recipes for it?

Yay! Another Magic Bulleter. Yes, I make fresh salsa by putting in tomatoes, onion, half a jalepeno, 2-3 cloves of garlic and some cilantro. Then I have it with baked tortilla chips. Yum.
I also make a smoothie every morning. I have a Meal replacement shake that I use for extra protein and it's Orange Cream flavor so I make it with ice and water and 3-4 strawberries. It comes out so good and it tastes like it has ice cream in it. I have that for breakfast along with my yogurt.
My husband loves to make himself omelettes in it. 2-3 eggs, some kind of meat (even sometimes lunchmeat) cheese and a splash of milk. Onion (I keep a chopped up bag of onion in the freezer and he takes out what he wants) or fresh herbs. Then he fries it and eats it. He says it's good, but he adds too much onion for my taste.

Oooooh, I almost forgot I want to try making muffins! It comes with a recipe book with some good recipes in it. A lot of stuff I modify for less fat, but it's so convenient and yummy.
I cannot wait to start playing with it :-)
I love love love our magic bullet! We use it for so much, smoothies, hummus, herbs. I can't figure out how to whip eggs, like really whip them in it though.
Try the fat free hummus in the recipe, it looks delicious (I couldn't get my parents to try it though, they insist hummus must have tahini!

We made smoothies today :-) Yum !!! We put ice, a few, strawberries, 20 blueberries, 2 TB of nonfat plain yogurt, 1 tsp fat free powdered milk. It is so healthy and so good :-)
I see those on tv all the time and I want to get one. Seems like my hesitations were wrong since you all love em.
They are great! My roommate in college had one, she used to make soup all the time - most often broccoli cheddar soup (i think it was a recipe in the book it came with). I used it for smoothies all the time. My only complaint is that you have to find a place to put all those little pieces - rims, cups, blades, etc. I definitely don't have the storage space now...I just have a nice blender.
Here is a link to a few more recipes :-)

I think I am going to make chicken salad wrap tomorrow for lunch. A recipe said to blend a cup of cubed chicken, alittle broth, celery, spices, and onion. Sounds yummy!
