mail merge help

A sort of Mail merge which I did years ago, seems to be difficult.


Does anyone have any help for me?  Thanks.

cellulitedelight:  first of all, thank you for being so supportive of my new job. 

It's always tough learning all of the new things of the job, but after you get the basics down and you learn little things afterwards (like I so did not know I could result an ionic calcium from an arterial blood gas, which would've saved me so much frustration), it starts to get exciting.  On day you'll be walking through your little office area and you'll see someone printing envelopes, glance over, and see how it's done.  Then you'll be all, "Yay, no more people complaining about my sloppy handwriting, just my typoes."

Don't think of it as a struggle.  Think of it as a challenge.  A welcomed challenge with rewards of pizza and milk shakes on those really harsh days you manage to survive, even if it's only by a thread.
