does anyone know how i can change my mailbox settings so that i can send more than 2 messages a day?

does anyone know if that's for a 24 hour period? I sent out 40 yesterday and I thought I'd be ok for today but so far I still can't
use it. So my little mind is thinking maybe it's a 24 hour thing from when you sent them?
