Hey I am 5'5", weigh 131 lbs and I am maintaining. I go to the gym 5 days a week and I try to eat 1500 - 1800 cals a day.
i am 5'3 at 110-112lbs. maintaining mode. i work out 4x per week and usuualy eat way 1300-1400 cals per day. sometimes up to 1600. i really should be eating more but 1300-1400 i am full most days.
I'm 5'3.5. Average: 107. When running frequently (15-20 miles a week) I eat about 2000-2500 cals. A quarter of that may be drinks in bars. :) But really, if I'm running enough, it's hard to keep the weight on!
i usually run 12 miles per week. i think i need to eat more on those days especially but i dont really.
p.s. i'm maintaining. but train for a marathon every fall (for the last 2 years, and the one upcoming).
5'4 137ish Hypothyriod. about 1,600 to 1,700, wkends i aim for 1,300/1,400, exercise 5 times a week and a hughly active job so im never sitting down.

Walk 10,000+ steps/day and free weights at home. My calories are all over the place. I also have a hypothyroid disorder. Feels pretty well under control.
Losing slowly. Aiming for 120 lbs. Will see.
Average 1500 calories/day but changes frequently. Rarely if ever over maintenace calories.

I'm 66, 5'3", weigh 138, walk or go to gym most every day. I write down everything I put in this mouth and keep it around 1200-1300 cal/day. It is a daily battle but can't bear the thought of being old, fat and confined by arthritis of the joints.
5'4", 123lbs. I lost 10lbs and what feels like a huge amount of body fat over 10 months. I've been maintaining for 1 month. I eat between 1800-2000 calories a day, sometimes I go as high as 2300 calories after huge sporty days (i.e., century rides). I ride between 100-150 miles a week and spend at least 90 minutes on the bike a day (more on the weekends). I get real hungry in the morning and eat the majority of my calories before 2:00 pm. My goal is to not have to eat a huge percentage of my calories in the evenings after 5pm so I eat at least 60% of my calories during the day. My philosophy is that I'm a little steam engine and I'm trying to stoke my boiler during the day when the train is running (goofy analogy but hey it works for me). My weakness is dessert and I'm working to change my mental opinion of sugar. That is, I'm trying to stop viewing it as a rewardful pleasant experience and start viewing it as a painful inflammation inducing dangerous drug. Yes, I'm battling an internal war against sucrose.
I'm 17 and 5'4.5 and 100lbs at most. I'm working on gaining since I lost over 25lbs in 5 months because of excessive training for track and field. I now usually eat around 1200-1500 calories a day and run up around 40-50 miles a week plus weights and cross-training. I'm training for an upcoming marathon in the fall so I will be increasing my running and calories shortly. :] I eat most of my calories in the morning and snack on fruits and veggies the rest of the day.
I'm 5 foot 3, 44 years old and 120 pounds.
Now I'm on maintenance I eat 2100 calories a day and do an hour of walking per day or an hour of dancing.
When I was losing weight (I lost 60 pounds) I was on 1300 calories a day and did the walking too.

Age 16, 5'4", 98 lbs, 1400 cals, exercise 3-6 days a week. I seem to still be losing like two pounds per month and I'm not trying to, so maybe 1500 would work better.
