How many days do I maintain and how many days should I reduce? 3 days reducing and one day maintaining? Does that sound about right? mak

I'm not quite sure I follow the question.
Maintenance is an every day thing. Still have to keep within your calorie limit for your maintenance level. 24/7

I am stuck at 150 lbs. I would like to lose 15 more pounds.To maintain my current weight I need 2100 calories. To loose, I would like to drop to 1500 calories for 3 days and then eat 2100 calories on the 4th day to keep from hitting a plateau. So, I'm wondering if that will help me break through and lose this last 15 lbs. Does that make more sense? Thanks so much for responding! Mak
