Have you tried entering those into your food log? You are going to know a lot better how to enter them, since you know how they were cooked (for instance, we don't know how things were cooked, how much oil, etc)

thanks.Cause i am kind of new:)

450 cals for the rice. 75 cals for vegetables. pork--depends on the cut but about 150 or so for a lean cut of 4oz. if a serving of fish is 4 oz then it's likely 120 or so minimum per serving, so thats 360 cals. 2 cups of chicken soup can vary so about 250 or so for that. 2 boiled drumstick with no skin maybe 200 cals. 100 for the apple.

So i'd say about 1600 minimum but honestly you weren't specific about cooking preparations or the actual amounts so this is just a guess!!

1 Apple  100

2 boiled drumstick without skin 150

2 bowl of chicken soup 180

3 serving of stream fish 350

1 serving of pork 180

4 serving of stir fry vegtables 160

3 cup of cooked white rice 600

Total = 1720

This is a very general estimate, since your soup, fish,and pork are difficult to know.  I tried to use Calorie Count's totals as best I could.
