just wondering - i think that when i gain 2-3 pounds i notice but i guess no one  else does....does anyone else feel this way?

just wanted to know ppls opinions on maintaining - do you have a spectrum of weights...if so how much? how often do you weigh yourself? how much do you allow yourself to "gain" while in maitenance...?

i now try to only weigh myself when i go to the gym...used to own a scale but found myself weighing myself so many times in a day it was crazy....

i haven't been in maintenance for long but i can feel a 2 pound gain, but i don't get up in a huff about it. i weigh myself every friday...consistently. if i feel heavier than usual i might weigh on saturday as well, but no more than that. i think a 3 pound window is pretty safe since weight can fluctuate by that much simply due to fluid retention.

i've been maintaining with about a 2lb fluctuation - anymore than this and I keep a very small deficit for a few days or up my exercise. i think my food intake is pretty consistent now but the alcohol throws it all off now and then Tongue out - oh, and the weighing part - i am still weigh in every morn. should really stop that...

I'm currently 127 and I try not to go over 130. I do notice a difference, mostly in my stomach when I'm on the higher end of my range. I use to weigh myself everyday, but I'm weening myself off of the scale and do it once a week (even though I may sneak a weigh-in in the middle of the week Tongue out.

I've been maintaining for about a year and a half now, I have about a 5 pound normal fluctuation range, with the high spikes typically induced by what remains of my menopausal hormones or by sodium when we go out to eat.
