Once I have reached my ideal weight, how many calories do I consume daily to maintain?  Here are my stats: 5 ft tall, initially 127, currently down to 118 (woohooo) - I burn 1800 a day being lightly active and try to consume around 1300.  If I want to maintain do I have to increase that?  I know I need to not have a deficit, but I am confused about this.  Thanks for any info!

You burn 1,800 a day so you eat 1,800 a day :] It evens out.

Right now your burning 1,800 and eating 1,300 which is why your losing weight. Good job though!
