Welcome to the MAINTAINING forum! 

This must mean that you have graduated out of the WEIGHT LOSS forum and reached your goal!  First off, Congrats!  You worked hard and you should be so proud of yourself! 

Now that you are here, please, tell us all how you did it!  What were your struggles and tribulations?  Do you have any great maintenance tips to share?  What is the easiest/hardest thing you are noticing about maintenance?  Share away with all your stories and great advice!  Can't wait to hear from you...

BMI Index - BMI Index Analysis - Now that you have reached Maintenance, the first thing to assess is your BMI.  Make sure that you fall within a healthy range.  By WHO standards, a healthy BMI range is 18.5 - 24.99. 

Expenditure - Calculate Daily Calories Burned - After you have determined that you are within a healthy weight range, calculate your Calories Burned at your new healthy weight.  The Daily Caloric Expenditure will tell you a rough estimate of how many calories you burn.  Be sure to set your activity level accordingly though.
