Now this may seem high to some people, and it may not be a huge victory for anyone else, but I'm used to packing away twice this amount of food, and being a lump. That's how I got overweight to begin with. This is a HUGE victory for me today!

Plus a 15 minute walk! WOOT!!! Also drank my weight in water...it feels like! HAHA!

I'm proud of me! I didn't eat anything when I wanted to after dinner, and I stayed where I should calorie wise. It's great!

Congrats! ^__^ I am very jealous since I can't get away with eating 2000 calories, but I'm happy you've managed to make your own goals. Keep it up!

I am SO PROUD of you...both for making your goal and for having the sense to set achievable goals.  Keep going with that walking - you'll be up to 30 minutes before you know it.  In the meantime, you have a perfect reason to do a Happy Dance and yell "Woo-hoo"!!!!!

That is awesome ... and make no apologies for the number of calories, it is the progress that you are making that is noteworthy! Just keep doing what is good for you! Congrats and keep up the good work ... Congrats, you may want to try to up the fat intake slightly though protein looks ok. But the body does need fat. Make sure your taking flaxseed oil and or fishoil every day to ensure your essential fats... As weird as may seem, you need to intake these or your weight loss will suffer.

Isn't it amazing that you can eat and lose weight?  Good work!
