eating 1300 calorie and burning 100 a day at the gym 4 days a week how much roughly would i be losing a week?

1300 Calories sounds like it is on the waaaay low end of minimum calorie consumption. If you limit your body too much, you'll have a really hard time losing weight. Your body thinks it is starving. Not to mention the fact that you're not doing yourself any favors by extreme dieting. Just setting yourself up for binge eating and gaining it all back.
From everything I have read in these forums and my personal experience, a deficit of 500-700 calories is really what you want to target each day. I do that by walking 2 miles five days a week (2 15 min intervals) and working out at the gym with running, cardio, and weights two or three times a week for about an hour.
I intake 1600 a day and shoot for 2200 or higher for what I use up. Just to give a point of reference, walking a 15 min mile burns an extra 120 calories (or so). That is the difference between using that 15 minutes to sit on my rear and just breathe and using that time to walk.
Also, targeting more than 2 lbs a week can work against you. There are some informative sites out there with material on why losing too much weight a week is bad. But, basically from what I understand, your body can only burn so much from fat, then it turns to muscle to break down. You start to hit a wall on burning fat around the 2lb/week. And, if you want to be healthy, you sure don't want to be decreasing muscle mass, just burning fat.
So, the short answer, it depends. :) My success in effective weight loss has hinged on understanding how to gauge calorie intake and undestand how my body uses those calories. phord.com/cc can help get you started by finding what a healthy base line caloric intake should be.
Hope that helps :)
It would depend entirely on how many calories you're burning when you're not at the gym.
You are a teenager, and therefore need to be eating at least 1800 calories. Probably more.
uh would you STOP this crap.

It depends on what you're burning when you're not at the gym. That is determined by your age and size. Try putting your stats into the CC calculator and your activity level as 'light'. That should give you a good idea how many calories you need to lose weight safely at the rate of 1 - 2lbs a week.
Good luck
Edited to say ..... if the '1991' in your name makes you 17 or 18 years old then this link http://www.kidsnutrition.org/bodycomp/bmiz2.h tml will give you a more accurate picture on your body-weight and how many calories you need to maintain your weight. If you are overweight, deduct about 500 - 700 from that number but go no lower than 1500 if you are a teen.
You have now posted many topics in the same vein stating unhealthy goals that CC will NOT help you achieve. You need to get yourself to a doctor as soon as you possibly can or else to talk to someone in person like a family member or otherwise. But CC WILL NOT HELP YOU. Only a doctor can.
