Make today a good day.
Join in because I am going to make today a good diet day!! Today I *feel* thinner, I don't know if the numbers on the scales will change this week, I always weigh in on a saturday morning, but today I feel better.
After 4 weeks of "dieting" eating the fruit isn't a chore anymore, I like it. Splitting my chips in half when someone cooks loads for my dinner is ok, I can leave them on my plate without picking until they are all gone anyway, and a little bit of chocolate is just as good (well almost) as a ton of it because I don't feel fat or bloated or sick after eating it. :o)

I'm with you! I really blew it yesterday. TOM for me and I gorged on 6 huge S'mores cookies! Today, I feel back on track and ready to make it a good day. I had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and fruit and feel good. Good luck to us all today!

Count me in! My son's Easter candy was screaming my name yesterday and I ate a giant, chocolate, ladybug (and the little ladybugs that were cutely wrapped in the tummy of the large one...AARRRGGHHH! That had to have cost me at least 400cals.
So...today will be a good diet day. So far so good: oatmeal and a banana for breakfast, a south beach bar for snack, a 6" veggie delight from subway (on wheat, no cheese) for lunch, and dinner will be soup and a salad and 1.5 hours at the gym.

Count me in too! I am not only going to have a good diet day, but a good work day and I just got back from an hour walk so it is already a good exercise day.
I'm BACK.... I'm BACK!!!!! Yippee!!!!! I've been away since January and binging terribly... so now instead of having just 4 lbs to go... I have 10 ... oh well... So far today, I've consumed 645 cals... will have a mid-afternoon snack and a decent dinner, as well as my bedtime treat... staying under 1300 .... I will do this!
