Good Monday y'all. How was your weekend?

cant complain! lost 3lb since friday, going to weigh myself today i reckon i will have lost another pound because i just....well ill spare you the details but it has somthing to do with the toilet hehe! i spent most of my weeking at the gym or swimming! oh my social life, where art thou. how was your weekend?

my weekend was quiet. That's not necessarily a bad thing. :) I hung out with the fiancee and relaxed. :)

BTW, who turned the humidity back on here in Maryland?  UGH!  I hate been sweaty/sticky just from the walk to the car! :o)
