It takes a while for weight-loss to register and for your body to adapt to better food.  If you're bloated, chances are you've been taking in a lot of fibre and the food isn't digesting properly or you're constipated.  Undigested food sits in the gut being... well... heavy!  Make sure you sip plenty of water to help that process along.

But stick with it.  You will start to lose weight soon, I'm sure.  And every day you eat more fruit & veg and less junk, the better your health will be

If it's only been a couple of days you can't expect to see results.

Maybe you have gas from all the veggies and eggs? Not necessarily the musical kind. Sometimes when I eat too many veggies, I get horrible pains in my stomach that creep out into my whole torso. Not sure about the bloating. If you think it is gas, you might try a supplement like Beano, which works very well.

A couple of days won't tell all. Give it a couple weeks and I'd be willing to bet that you'll see a difference. The scale will go down, the pain will go away, and you'll feel better overall. Keep pushing through! You can do it!

i barely eat vegetables i like fruit more so ive been eating that and i really only ate one egg? so im sure that isnt causing my stomache pain.. its probably cuz im not used to the food but the pain is really intensee and i i duno what to do
Fruit will give you stomach-ache if you're not used to it and if you eat too much.  Don't pile any more food on top of what you've eaten until you've 'been'... if that makes sense.  Sip water, drink warm drinks.  And then go back to a light diet but with a little less fruit.  Vegetable soups, salads, yoghurts, fish, chicken, steamed rice....

Looking at your pictures uncleben, you don't need to lose any weight.  You look wonderful.  It's great to eat healthier for your overall health, but, according to your pictures, your focus should not be on weight loss.

perhaps you cannot lose weight because you are already below a healthy weight and your body is trying to survive.

From your past posts, you don't seem to use the tools provided here to count calories.  I suspect that what's happening is, you are not eating enough.  When you ate that junk food it boosted your caloric intake so you could lose.

That said, also from your past posts, you don't need to lose weight and people have consistantly told you that.

So why don't you concentrate on being healthy and leading an active, productive life.  Instead of spending time worrying about a non problem, do something constructive!
