Making progress

So I dropped from moderately overweight to mildly overweight over the last week. Now 17 pounds down. I still have 49 left to go and it's been pretty slow going, but I'm going in the right direction, and I feel like the changes I've made are ones that I can maintain going forward.

Yay!!  Slow, but steady, is the way to go!

People who lose weight slowly tend to be more likely to keep the weight off, so slow and steady is probably the way to go! Keep it up!
