My favorite way to trim off a few unneeded calories is to have an open faced sandwich. My favorite is this- one piece of low cal multigrain, chicken, tomato, onions, and use a few big pieces of lettuce as the top of my sandwich. It's only 80 calories! It saves me 50 cals and tastes just as good.
What do you do to save a few calories?

I have switched (mostly) to pop that is zero calorie. Like Coke Zero or Sprite Zero. They taste about the same and still have that bite. Just wish they made Barq's in a Zero formula. Are you listening Barqs?
I use Sugar Twin in my coffee. I don't know what that saves over regular sugar but it's only 5 cal a packet.
