Just making sure (acivity level/calories question)
So... new city, new school, I don't have my exercise equiptment (or my bike) anymore... but - I walk more (3-6 miles a day)
I can't weigh my food anymore - so I'm sort of guessing (I *should* be averaging around 1900-2200 calories)- and I'm losing around half a kilo a week (2kg since october 1st)
Does that sound OK?
(I'm 160 cm tall, 19 years old, 73kg)
(I thought it would be better to check)

Rather than guessing, run your stats through this link and read off the number that corresponds to 'very active'... more than 1 hour a day. For weight-loss deduct 700 from that number. You should end up with something around 2400 cals. Certainly don't go below 2200 on a regular basis.
