Hey I am still new on here, but am just starting my 3rd week. The first week I started at 220, and went right to 112. Sense then in my 2nd week, I have had good days and bad days, and I seem to be going upwards. I am now at 114.4. I have been trying to have around 1800 calories per day, but kind of lost track here and there. Its quite hard sometimes due to me working shiftwork.
Anyways, Any tips or ideas would be great. I haven't done any excerise and don't really want to. I got two kids, and its busy and hard to get away.

108 lbs in a week? you must of had a lot of water retention..... :)
What are you eating? I assume your weights 114.4 lbs now? How tall are you? 114 is pretty little for a guy..
Basically give a rundown of what your eating, and what your weight is (214 or 114?), how tall you are, are you active at your job (IE construction or desk job).
