I work long hours and burn over, I believe, 1200 calories a day. I'll need over 3500 calories a day to increase my weight. I'm looking into N-Large and Creatine since I know I won't able to eat proper meals as often as I should. I just don't know how much and how often I should take the supplements with the meals.

3500 seems like alot but that wasn't the question.

If your afraid of not eating proper meals, Those supplements aren't really meant for that. NO2 (N-Large) expands your blood vessels to increased blood flow when you workout. I've tried it, my friend tried it, both resulted in massive headaches. I wouldn't recommend many NO2 produced to anyone.

Creatine stores fuel for your muscles. I took it for along time and it helped me gain alot of weight....

BUT if it's your diet your concerned about the best thing to get would be a weight gainer. It will add alot of calories to your diet, consisting of carbs and non-saturated fats. Take unmixed powder with your, find a water fountain in-between meals for a good snack.

Hoped this helped

I am a hardgainer as many of you have detailed through these postings.  We are pre-disposed to be our sleek sizes.  If we ever did want to gain weight, often times it does take a little bit more than our well rounded friends.  It's tough, but with a little extra discipline and knowledge, one can gain weight without extreme measures.  I have a blog that talks about this very topic, if you ever free to take a look.  I highly suggest it.

I do understand why society has focused on the epidemic of obesity, since many people do suffer iller fates as a result of being overweight.  But still, It would be nice for some of us hardgainers to get some attention on the national scope like we are in this gathering of minds.  There just isn't enough information or knowledge out there to guide us through our lifestyle.
