'Man flu' really exists

'Man flu' - the psychological condition by which men claim to suffer more from colds than women - really exists, according to a new poll.

That doesn't really surprise me.

I get sick far more often than my husband, but when he does get sick, he is such a BABY.  (Even he admits to this.)

He mopes and lays on the couch and sleeps constantly when he's sick.  Fortunately, it almost never happens.

Of course, the boys are kinda cute when they're like that, aren't they?

Of course, men are weak. ;p

Does anybody remember the 1970 film, Diary of a Mad Housewife, starring Richard Benjamin, Carrie Snodgrass, Frank Langella and Alice Cooper?  There's a scene where the husband takes to his bed and keeps his wife hopping, whining and demanding attention.  She brings him the freshly squeezed orange juice he asked for and he whines that it's not cold.  My second husband was just like that.

Actually, men don't live as long as women because of the Y chromosome , making them constitutionally weaker.

Men are babies. haha

It's like the end of the world if my husband gets sick, but I pamper him and make him tea and soup.... that's what love is after all.

If I get the stomach flu (which I really hate) he'll be there at 2 a.m. to get me a cool washcloth and a glass of water.

ha ha, but not quite.  Seems like a nagging wife adds 10 years to a man's life!

Oh, my husband had man-flu twice this month.  The last time I was sick enough to make myself stay in bed & be waited on was almost 5 years ago & I had a 3 day old nursing baby.
